Return and exchange policy
All orders are subject to product availability. We maintain an optimal inventory of the products advertised on our website. However, it is possible that during high transaction number an item is not in stock at the time you place your order. In this rare event, we will notify you within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date. If you wish to cancel your transaction we will refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Place of delivery
The items offered on our website are only available for delivery to civic addresses only (No Mailbox) during normal delivery hours. Shipments outside Canada are not available at this time.
Delivery time is two to three business days in Canada. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment rather than the date of order. Except in exceptional circumstances, we endeavor to execute your order within 24 business hours from the date of your order. Business Day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
The delivery date may vary depending on the shipping practices of the carrier, the place of delivery, the method of delivery and the items ordered.
The shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart, then go to the checkout page. Once at the checkout, the shipping costs will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or bulky or heavy items. You will be informed of all charges on the payment page. The 5% federal sales tax GST is charged for all purchases in Canada. The provincial TVQ tax is applicable for residents of Quebec only.

To return a product, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number in the guaranteed return period for the product. Rematek will not accept returns without prior authorization and a valid RMA number. Once the RMA numbers are issued the customers have to ship the products to Rematek within one week.
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy for residential charging stations. Please, keep in mind that when items are returned the return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. The following condition applies to residential charging stations only: All unopened items in the original packaging can be returned within 7 days with a full refund with return authorization. After one week, customers returning terminals in original and unopened packages will receive 80% of the price paid. Within 30 days of purchase, customers returning products in unopened and original boxes will receive 50% of the price paid. No returns after this time will be accepted without prior authorization.
